29)sha~diggity-worst movie ever is basket case. if you love low budget B horror movies, maybe this'll do it for you. this is a movie about conjoined twins, only one looks normal and the other looks like a blob of flesh with cross eyes, baby arms, and fucked up teeth. the parents decide to have thier sons surgically separated knowing that the deformed one will die, but the brotherly bond is so strong, the deformed thing lives. the brother keeps it in a basket. then it gets out at kills everyone that tries to get close to his brother. But there is full frontal male nudity, woo hoo!
